“Where the Long Road Leads”
This landscape is symbolic of life’s journey. Our paths are long, tiring, and difficult, but they are beautiful. There is wonder, rest, and light along the way when we look for what makes life meaningful. I hope that you find your own meanings in this painting and that it serves as a reminder to enjoy your journey. Thank you for crossing paths with me and for taking the time to view my art and thoughts. Take care, my friend!
Sincerely,
Tehya
Details:
The original painting and print reproductions are available. Here is some additional information about each option:
Original painting:
The size of the artwork is 8 x 10 inches. I painted this piece by hand using professional watercolor paints on archival watercolor paper. The artwork is signed with my name and the year that I painted it. I intend my artwork to be suitable for high-quality and long-lasting gifting, so I have a special finishing process: First, I carefully mount the finished painting to an archival art board with permanent acrylic adhesive that will never warp or stain. Then, I apply a finish to the art using a UV-protectant, archival varnish. This process protects from warping, light damage, and water damage, all while allowing the painting to be framed with or without glass. Frames are not included.
Print reproduction:
My matte prints measure 8 x 10 inches. They are giclée (high-quality inkjet printing) prints on fine art paper. I sign every print by hand with archival-quality ink.
